🎫 Buying tickets – how does it work? 🎫
If you are actively taking part on the games and will receive a credential you don’t need to purchase a ticket to any events. For all other people attending, please check our Ticket (opens in a new tab)page for more information on how our ticketing works.
Please note that a €1 system fee per a ticket is applied at the basket by our ticketing provider.
There is a max of 10 tickets per a booking.
OPENING CEREMONY Tickets to the Opening Ceremony are sold as blocks. You will choose a block to sit in and find a seat in that area.
If you have accessibility requirements related to seating, please see our FAQs (opens in a new tab)or contact our team. Head to our Opening Ceremony page(opens in a new tab) for more information.
CLOSING CEREMONY The Closing Ceremony is a general admission standing event. This event is free to attend, but you must register your attendance by purchasing a free ticket.
You can find more information on the venue on our Closing Ceremony(opens in a new tab) page.
COMPETITIONS Our sporting competitions are a mixture of free, ticketed and closed to the public. We recommend checking out our sports schedule (opens in a new tab)for an overview of your tickets.
Day Tickets You buy one ticket for a whole day, which gives you access to all sports in all venues for that one day!
Week Tickets If you are planning to cheer for several days, you can also buy a week ticket which gives you free access for the full week. Please note that the week ticket does not give you access to the Opening or Closing Ceremony.
PACKAGES Why not purchase one of our packages where a combination of Competition and Opening Ceremony tickets is available for a discount price!
Opening Ceremony + Competition Week Ticket: €20/25. The offer is automatically applied to your shopping cart total when you put tickets for both events in the basket. You’ll also be the first to know when our Closing Ceremony goes on sale.
